For our Infrastructure team, we are looking for you, a strong technical Business Analyst to help assess new opportunities and identify improvements for existing projects.

Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing working environment;
Understand the areas of application programming, database and system design;
Fluent English (verbal and written).

Nice to have:

Ideally you have 1-3 years of experience in business analysis;
Experience as technical consultant in software or infrastructure companies;
Know-how in system administration and agile methods;
Experience to work with the Atlassian toolset (Confluence, Jira, HipChat);

Performance objectives

1. Starting from day one you will familiarize yourself with the infrastructure services within the "Cloud, Services & Infrastructure" department;
2. Within the first 3 months you will review and define security guidelines for the different infrastructure areas like network, server, client and password-security. All with the help of you team and your analytic and technical background;
3. In addition, within the first 6 months you will help your team, but also the other infrastructure services teams to get an even stronger footprint in the cloud services with the help of standards and procedures;
4. A year in the job, you have successfully set the cloud standards in the whole department and helped with your analytic & technical know-how to migrate legacy services into the cloud;

Key Responsibilities:
Discovering the underlying business needs to be addressed and information related to the product and project requirements, often through conversations with stakeholders;
Organizing, specifying and modeling the requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous;
Documenting the requirements in a format that can be shared with stakeholders;
Ensuring the requirements map to the real business need, are approved by all relevant stakeholders, and meet essential quality standards;
Contribute decisively as a thought leader to our culture of continuous learning, promoting the automation of repetitive tasks and a culture of using the right tool for the job;
You will look for and execute upon opportunities to improve the quality of our data and our systems.
