    Requirements

    •Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing as Brand Manager in consumer goods or equivalent;
    •Experience in consumer health / pharmaceutical products in marketing is highly desire
    •Experience in advertising agencies working on pharma accounts is ideal
    •Solid experience & skills in the digital environment - digital media plan contribution and implementation;
    •Excellent Project Management skills – planning, coordination & execution of activities, follow-up & follow-through
    •Resilience & result-focus mindset
    •Exceptional communication, persuasion and presentation skills
    •Flexibility and assertiveness
    •Proactive cooperation with all internal and external stakeholders
    •Analytical skills for data interpretation (Nielsen understanding is an advantage)
    •Ability to deal with routine tasks
    •Capacity to work under pressure
    •Strategic thinking and ability to recommend solutions
    •Very good level of Microsoft office (excel, ppt, word)
    •Proficiency in English

    Responsibilities

    Strategic involvement
    • Develop a deep understanding of consumer/shopper behavior, the competitive environment and its implications for the Brand.
    • Lead strategic research and data trends analysis to support the above and deliver insight to the NIN business.
    • Implement the marketing communication strategy for each Brand in the Category
    • Contribute to the development of key business planning processes

    Portfolio / Category management
    • Understand the Baby Food category objectives & its detailed plan along with strategies and tactics aligned with the objectives and plans of the business
    • Manage and ensure the ongoing development of Building Brands the Nestlé Way, Brand Plans, partnerships with communication agencies (media, creative, PR, Digital) maintaining WHO Code compliance.
    • Manage all the innovation & renovation process for the category
    • Follow category performance indicators and propose recommendations for improvements in strategy & tactics
    • Implement consumer communication projects (media advertising, packaging, PR & sponsorship)
    • Manage and approve all communication materials for the projects responsible of.
    • Conduct pre- and post- evaluation of all the results applied to promotions and future development plans of the Brand.
    • Communicate effectively with Generating Demand, support departments, factories, agencies and Head Office on all initiatives related to the Category and Brand.
    • Understand, adhere to and apply the principles and regulations of the International Code of Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes developed by the World Health Organization.

    Marketing budget and Profit & Loss management
    • Develop, manage, monitor and own marketing budget for categories responsible for.
    • Good understanding of managing Profit & Loss of a category and key drivers
    • Good understanding of basic business financial drivers to drive profitable growth
