Upa Solutions is looking for:
1. Accounts Payable Officer with Portuguese
- University degree - economic background would be a plus;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English;
- Previous work experience in accounting would be a plus;
- Must be a friendly individual, a good team player and able to communicate easily with Accenture, Client and third parties staff at all levels;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
- Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks.


2. General Ledger with Portuguese
- University degree in Economic field;
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Finance (preferably accounting);
- English proficiency; Fluency in Portuguese
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to details;
- Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines;
- Team spirit.

1. Accounts Payable Officer with Portuguese
- Process invoices and resolve customer related situations as per accounts receivable procedures
- Process accounts payable invoices and travel expenses;
- Process internal accounting documents (corrections, reclassification etc.);
- Controlling the booking of the documents processed in order to assure the accuracy;
- Update processes and procedures;
- Develops good client relationships;
- Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results.

2. General Ledger with Portuguese
- General accounting tasks (GL account maintenance, journal entries, closing activities, reporting etc);
- Processing internal accounting documents (corrections, reclassifications etc.)
- Controlling the booking of the documents processed in order to assure the accuracy (especially at the end of the month);
- Communication and cooperation with supervisor;
- Develops good client relationships and good relations with the colleagues (within the project).
