    Requirements

    YOU WILL NEED:
    • Strategic thinking: you’re able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks and to be the (wo)man with a plan, you leave nothing to chance;
    • Creativity: you are able to manage the situations that may arise (if you have a background in recruiting you already know that it can get hectic).
    • Autonomy: you’re independent and require minimum directives concerning your daily recruiting tasks.
    • Excellent English (speaking, writing);
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required;
    • Nice to have: NGO activities and personal projects, much appreciated

    Responsibilities

    • Acting as a Consultant for clients as well as candidates in order to support and deliver innovative resourcing /recruitment solutions;
    • Manage full roll-out recruitment processes as follows: creating JDs for the job-openings as well as recruitment strategies to-be-followed in the process, CV screening and interviewing;
    • Acting as the interface between candidates and clients, being part of the Temps Recruitment Department;
    • Engage in Head Hunting activities for specific roles and employer branding;
    • Business exposure through key account activities, negotiation and face to face discussions with Hiring Managers from client side;
