    Cerinte

    • University degree and 2-5 years related experience

    • Expertise in developing, planning, implementing and assessing training

    • Demonstrated experience in developing training material

    • Excellent communication skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development

    • Excellent one-to-many and one-to-one communication skills in both classroom and tutorial settings

    • Excellent coordination and organization skills

    • Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter

    • Knowledge of adult learning and training practices

    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

    • Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point

    • Excellent writing skills, both Romanian and English

    • Detail orientated and very organized

    • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills

    • Comfort level in interacting with all levels of the organization

    • Proven ability to manage timelines and deadlines

    • Train the Trainer certificate - is a plus

    Responsabilitati

    This position works closely with all departments to identify needs and opportunities for additional training and development

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Assess training needs through direct discussion with managers and drive training programs aimed at improving employee's job required skills (blue & white collars)

    Design the Development Plans and monthly update the informations about the employees and their development level

    Organize internal and external trainings (material documentation, design course support, Power Point presentation)

    Organize and manage the delivery of training and development programs

    Maintain the training provider list, maintain the training databases

    Support the preparation of course agendas and coordinate the delivery of training/ courses/ workshops / development events.

    Assess, monitor and improve relevant KPI's related to: development sessions, training programs efficiency, supplier effectiveness and training quality

    Develop dedicated training modules in response to internal Training Needs Analysis

    Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment, plant strategy

    Performance evaluation support, high potential analysis & talent management.

    Conduct survey of satisfaction and motivation of employees

    Implement new HR projects according with the company and department priorities / tasks.

    Continuous improvement of training programs and knowledge in the field of adult education.

    Perform any additional tasks related to his work, sent by direct supervisor or by company management
