Recruitment Assistant

The role: We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our team

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in recruitment (internship/previous employment in a HR consultancy company) may be a plus;
University degree in Psychology/HR/ Economics;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong organizational skills, ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure;
Open-minded and proactive;
Dynamic, self-motivated, analytical person;
Very good English skills (fluency in French could be an advantage);
Computer skills (MS Office).

Main responsibilities:

Writing and advertising the job ads;
Sourcing for candidates that match the required profile using different channels (internal data base, social networking sites, referrals, internet job boards, job fairs etc);
Analyzing CVs based on primary selection criteria established along with hiring managers;
Scheduling technical/language tests and interviews;
Providing feedback to candidates and keeping them informed during the recruitment process;
Updating the candidates’ database with all required information;
Writing periodical reports and specific documents regarding the recruitment projects;
Participating in job fairs and other recruitment activities/events;
