The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.
Requirements
• Familiar with (or good understanding of similar technologies – minimum 1 year experience per technologies) at least of 3 of the following:
- Microsoft SharePoint 2013 including SharePoint PowerShell
- Microsoft Powershell / XML scripting
- Microsoft Windows Server (2008 R2 and above)
- Microsoft IIS 7.5/8
- Microsoft SQL Server (2012, 2014)
- Relevant experience with Microsoft Enterprise solutions.
• Very good understanding of IT processes (Incident and Problem management, Change management). Ideally ITIL Foundation certified
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Change Management:
- Preparing environments, deploy applications, patches, updates to DEV, QA, STG and PRD environments.
• Incident Management:
- Provide application support Level 3 interface with upstream and downstream IT teams (including ext vendors) as well as with the internal customers
- Managing incidents in compliance with the standard escalation procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Escalating incidents to higher escalation levels (internal or external vendors) to ensure the solving of incidents in compliance with the SLA terms
- Making sure that the incidents escalated to other teams are reviewed so as to identify and report the absence of the necessary SOPs or their incorrect content
- Regularly reviewing the existing SOPs to validate the accuracy and proper level of information and, if necessary, to ensure the update and correction of the SOPs within the continuous service improvement process.
• Monitoring, Alerts and Capacity management:
- Appropriately answering the alerts received from the automatic monitoring systems at platform and application level in order to ensure the prevention, management and resolution of incidents
- Evaluate the need of and deficiencies including capacity and performance management and planning.
