Cerinte
Bachelor’s Degree (16 years), with a focus in Finance or Economics
Typically 2+ years of experience in a related field, including customer service
Excellent business acumen
Sound knowledge and understanding of Sales & BU-Finance planning processes
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent command of Excel
Tool knowledge and experience (SFDC, EDW) is desirable
Experience in Sales or working in Sales environment – preferred
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to details
Ability to adapt to a fast changing environment

The EMEA Business Analyst has a leading role in supporting the business decision process through complex reporting & analytics, in direct collaboration with business stakeholders and operational team. The EMEA Business Analyst is a key player in monitoring trends in process performance and the accuracy of deliverables, and proactively provide suggestions or ideas of improvement.
Data Analytics
The EMEA Business Analyst is responsible for complex data analytics and business intelligence based on the existing reporting tools (SFDC, EDW, Pricing, BMI, eCPQ etc.)
The EMEA Business Analyst has a key role in driving business-relevant conclusions and recommendations, considering all the existing reporting dimensions and the correlations within the overall business environment
The EMEA Business Analyst contributes to the definition of the Country/Subregion focus areas based on the business trend/issues identified, supporting the development of an action plan and designing new business solutions and improving existing deployed functionalities
The EMEA Business Analyst ensures monitoring for the issues identified/required metrics and keeps constant contact with stakeholders
Cross-EMEA, the EMEA Business Analyst coordinates & ensures multi-country analysis, identifying the key focus areas on Country/Subregion level (Customer Segment, RTM, Account etc.), aligning with the Country-focused teams in consolidating the outcomes and defining improvement measures – where applicable and required at WW level
On EMEA level, the EMEA Business Analyst supports the EMEA Account/BG managers and Capabilities leads, through analytics & recommendations
Reviews and analyzes business data detailing performance indicators, sales trends and other sales data related analysis, providing recommendations to reduce gaps, to increase the accuracy of data
Keeps track of key points and analyzes deliverables, including trends, evolution and projections, impact, issues deep-dive & assessment
Guarantees broad understanding within operational team & stakeholder community of how to use, read and interpret data/reports
Influences the optimization of internal and external business processes based on fact-based analysis of data and results (i.e. reports)
Develops a deep understanding of the business needs of our stakeholders, in order to be able to both identify real and feasible requests and prioritize based on impact
Participates in the facilitation, documentation, analysis and validation of business processes, systems and solution needs
Supports requirements management, feasibility studies and change management processes
Manages stakeholders expectations effectively and communicates project status, process standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly
