    Requirements

    The successful candidate will have the following profile:
    - University degree, preferably technical or economical
    - At least 2-3 years’ experience in sales of financial services, luxury products, art or premium cars
    - Result oriented, objective achievement
    - Availability to travel within the allocated area (Bucharest & Ilfov)
    - Excellent negotiation skills
    - Strong customer orientation
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, excellent organization skills
    - Initiative
    - Integrity, high ethical profile
    - Computer literate and excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
    - Good command of written & spoken English

    Responsibilities

    The Sales Consultant’s responsibilities generally include:
    • Developing viable prospects.
    • Greeting customers.
    • Conducting a needs analysis for the customer.
    • Presenting products that meet the needs of the customer.
    • Preparing and presenting proposals.
    • Prompting a mutual agreement.
    • Facilitating vehicle deliveries.
    • Following up with customers.
    • Delivering an exceptional brand experience.
    • Achieving the sales objectives.
    • Procuring additional customer purchases and increasing customer referrals.
    • Generating additional unit sales via prospecting and follow-up activities
