    Established in 1991 in Germany, X-label is a leading producer and supplier of self-adhesive labels and similar other printed products to customers worldwide active in spirits, personal and home care industry.     For our new site in Ploiesti/Prahova, we are looking as soon as possible for a:

    Office Management & Supply Chain Officer (m/f)

    Your profile:

    • Commercial or technical background;
    • First experience in purchase is needed; already gained experience in the production field would be an advantage;
    • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP- systems, SAGE-knowledge would be a plus;
    • Flexible person with good interpersonal skills;
    • Organized and self-motivated person;
    • Focus on systematic and accurate working;
    • Fluent in written and spoken English, French and German would be a plus.

    Responsibilities

    Your duties:

    1. Purchase and Supply Chain

    • Order of raw materials and ensure their availability for the production;
    • Purchase of different products in order to fulfill the customers’ needs;
    • Manage, control and adjust the stocks of raw materials and finished products;
    • Control the time deliveries of the materials and create different reports upon the data collected;
    • Analysis of the customer’s needs in order to purchase the right amount of raw materials;
    • Follow-up on the contracts and projects with new suppliers;
    • Check and clarify the customers’ complaints together with the QA department.

    2. Office Management

    • Organize the visits in the company;
    • Purchase of consumables according to the needs in the company;
    • Primary accounting duties;
    • Contact person for the externalized accounting firm, IT-service company, banks and other institutions;
    • Offer level one support to the companies’ employees regarding the ERP system in the company (SAGE).
