    Requirements

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    First level university degree with focus in business/economics or finance.
    Typically 2-3 years of experience in a related field
    Good Excel knowledge and skills

    Responsibilities

    The Software Support Operations with French Skills will offer support to the Regional Software Support Sales Manager and EMEA Software Support Operations Manager in the following areas:

    Reporting on EMEA Support Business;
    Calculate the Connect Rates per region/ country to provide understanding on how the relationship between new Licenses sales and Support orders;
    Ensure the tracking between First Year support orders translates to support revenue and then into the next year ATR for the support reps to renew;
    Make comparisons year on year, understand what is changing between the regions and why;
    Other EMEA reporting requests.


    Regional Lead France
    Ensure clean AMID2 assignment and customer split.
    Drive pipeline management on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy.
    Manage sub regional country level details together with regional finance.
    Weekly pipeline follow-ups with Renewals manager.
    Manage ATR pipeline
    Regional QBR’s
    Help with quota setting end of FY/ beginning of FY
    Reporting requirements from SAP/EDW
    Trust case management
    Return To Support tracking, Revenue leakage & blockage investigation
    Manual claims handled and closed on time (1month after Q-end).
