Would you like to develop your analyzing and project management skills by supporting people who bring health through food for current and future generations?
We look for an Operations Management Trainee with development potential for an initial timeframe of 6 months.  
 
Role:
In this role you will have the opportunity to be part of the Operations team, to learn about the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the respective department and how to analyze the business performance in general, to get to know the Operations organization and each team member’s responsibilities, to be involved in department projects and to participate in identifying areas of potential improvements with your business partners.

Your profile:
You are a young graduated from a Technical or Economical University, you have one year working experience on specific key performance indicators, you are interested in learning more on supply planning, factory cells and yogurt production…
You were involved or led at least one project in your life (including school / NGOs)
You are a fast learner, team player and full of initiative
You have strong analytical skills, financials savvy and attention to details
Computer is your friend and you have experience with Excel and Powerpoint
Interest in problem solving, optimizing and simplifying processes
You usually challenge the status quo and try to look at things from different angles
You should be able to work independently, with good planning and project management skills.
