Junior Automation Framework Developer

- Good knowledge of one or more of the following: C#, Java (software programming languages), Python, Perl (scripting languages) and basic knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle
- Passionate about technologies and interested in testing & testing tools
- Able to quickly understand new concepts, possess analytical thinking, be detail oriented and well-organized
- Be able to communicate effectively with persons holding different roles and act both as a team player and self-learner
- Good written and spoken English
- Minimum 2 years experience in development and maintenance of automated software framework or automation testing tools especially for web-based applications or automation support (incident management) or working with distributed version control systems like GIT , or with test management tools like HP Quality Centre

- Analyse results and monitor usage in order to identify and troubleshoot automation framework issues and provide solutions for them;
- Develop and maintain automated test tools based on requirements provided by functional analysts including offering support from a test automation perspective to the QA functional analysts;
- Maintain and enhance the documentation for automation framework and tools and provide feedback on the quality of the project/product through meetings, progress reports and communication with the project team/stakeholders;
- Raise concerns about project/product/process quality in clear, timely, collaborative, constructive way and propose solutions where possible;
- Act as a software quality advocate throughout development, testing, delivery and implementation phases of software development lifecyle and benefit from internal knowledge tranfer and support new joiners in their development;
- Use individual creativity to improve software and processes quality.
