    Requirements:

    Educational qualifications:
    • Knowledge in the use and handling of PC systems running the operating system Windows
    • Good knowledge of standard software such as MS Office products
    • In-depth knowledge and experience in the input data to PC systems/Typing
    • Medium German language knowledge

    Personal requirements:
    • Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach, combined with a high quality awareness
    • Good and quick perception of quality-related issues and processes
    • Healthy degree of personal responsibility and self-motivation
    • correct behavior and appearance
    • Team ability and willingness to work shifts(including week-end)
    • Open and constructive communication style and good time management (punctuality)

    Responsabilitati

    Main Responsibilities
    • Information processing and data acquisition PC
    • Data collection in CRM systems (indexing and validation)
    • Mapping of document types and types of Inbox
    • Notification of fault and error states of systems and processes
    • Participation in the documentation of all work processes, including all deviations(alternative processes and the like)
    • Participation in the preparation/revision of work instructions, process descriptions and similar documents
