• At least 4 years in a multinational organization, out of which 2 years in a leadership position
• High proficiency in English and French - both written and spoken

• Drive overall performance and manage processes (SLAs & KPIs) – multilingvistic set up with several European countries covered;
• Manage teams and ensure quality and productivity targets are met – team of 30+ team members that includes 2 Team Leaders, Quality Analysts, SMEs, Associates.
• Responsible for delivering results as per Service Level Agreement targets / timelines;
• Continuously motivate team members and control attrition;
• Monitor transactions on an ongoing basis and take corrective steps where necessary;
• Ensure internal & external compliance (internal policies, audit requirements, information security standards);
• Support team-performance, coach and develop team-members
