    Requirements:

    - Work experience: at least 2 years professional experience in finance, especially on financial analysis;
    - Education: higher education in the field, university degree (Master level preferred); ACCA is considered as advantage;
    - Language skills: English, advanced level;
    - Software experience: ERP (JDE background considered as advantage), MS Office (advanced user);
    - Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze figures, draw conclusions and provide recommendations with strong business orientation;
    - Ability to work with different tasks simultaneously with high level of quality and within set deadlines;
    - Ability to prioritize and able to perform under pressure;
    - Structured way of thinking and Pay attention to details;
    - Possessing team mindset, flexible when dealing with people;
    - Must communicate precise and clear with other departments;
    - Respect procedures and processes;
    - Flexible, efficient, well organized;
    - Hard-working and Proactive.

    Responsabilitati

    Internal Control
    - Control under the supervision of FM that the Internal Procedures work properly;
    - Quarterly monitor the Commercial Agreements;
    - Monthly monitor the Brand Support orders;
    - Balance sheet reconciliation: follow up on Major accrual accounts;
    - Control the returned goods;
    - Control distributors stocks;
    - Control that the Credit Note are issued correctly;
    - Ensure that all the operations are correctly transferred in General Ledger.

    Business Support
    - Prepare and report Liquidity status and Weekly sales;
    - Elaborate under the supervision of FM the Management Pack reports;
    - Build reports based on Ad-hoc demands;
    - Prepare under the supervision of FM budgets, forecasts by establishing schedules: collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial data, recommending plans;
    - Follow-up of targets achievement by scheduling expenses, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions;
    - Simulate promotions impact on Profitability per customer and SKU;
    - Evaluate post - promo the impact in profitability and follow up to understand the main drivers;
    - Support and assist Sales and Marketing during the promotional activity;
    - Elaborate profitability analyses file per Customer and SKU report;
    - Monthly/ Quarterly meetings with Sales and Marketing to analyze the Profitability variation;
    - Find ways to improve profitability per each customer / product SKU.

    Other
    - Support Finance Manger during Internal / External Audit;
    - Support Finance department in Closing.
