    Requirements

    -Experience in HR administrative activities / Payroll processing / Finance&Accounting
    -Proficiency in Polish/ Turkish and English
    -Working in a process outsourcing environment is a plus
    -Strong communication skills
    -Customer oriented

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    - Maintain the organisational structure within ERP for EMEA region;
    - Analyse and recommend on the build of the organisational structure;
    - Administer the mass reorganization and changes in the ERP HR System;
    - Work closely with Local HR to ensure the accuracy of the data;
    - Provide ongoing advice on queries relating to the organizational structure and processes;
    - Create and sustain training and application support in Virtual Classroom for our HR toolset;
    - Review and update internal procedures to fully comply with the internal procedures;
    - Provided voice and e-mail support for employees and managers throughout the EMEA region on HR topics;
    - Create new employee records in ERP;
    - Performing HR data changes including new hire, termination, transfer data, record changes, uploading payments, bonuses and other compensations;
    - Interact with all departments in completing the process including conducting audits for accuracy and changes;
    - Provided guidance and expert advice to Human Resource Business Partners;
    - Processed necessary paperwork for new hires ensuring compliance with all state laws regarding proper hiring procedures;
    - Managed the HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts of employment, employee evaluation, exit documentation;
    - Support in the performance management process aspects.
