For this role, the successful candidate should offer the following:
•A University Degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain domain.
•The Candidate should have hands on experience in dealing with SAP (preferably MM module. PP modules also desired). The Candidate should also have experience in dealing with web based tools and should be comfortable with working on various reporting tools which are web based.
•The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written in English) skills with all levels of employees and management as the candidate will be required to liaise with Sourcing and Supplier counterparts in Europe
•Knowledge of MRP Systems & procedures is highly desirable.
•The candidate should have excellent PC skills and should be well versed with Microsoft Office Products. Expert knowledge of Excel, Access and SharePoint desired. This job may also require using various other applications. Hence, a strong inclination towards automation will be an added advantage.
•Strong problem solving skills
•Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
•Strong attention to detail
•Good follow up skills.
•Ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels with minimal supervision and assumes accountability for issues until final resolution.

The center provides cost-effective and high quality multi-domain service support in these areas: After Market, Sales Support, Marketing Support and Functional Transformation. Work with Sales (Front Office), Product Marketing to develop sales initiatives and leads aimed at converting leads to sales.

For our GCSC Procurement Services Line in Bucharest, we are currently looking to recruit a Functional Excellence Specialist
Role and Accountability:
GCSC is hiring Functional Excellence Specialist which will provide general support for the PMT Functional Excellence Europe team supporting Procurement and Material Data Master

Key responsibilities:
•Running various reports in SAP, BO, Ariba and other systems
•Supporting E-Auctions and running various reports
•Providing spend analysis using various system
•Developing and publishing key Procurement and FE metrics
•Supporting key Procure to Pay activities
•Maintaining metrics scorecard
•Maintaining various databases including Savings tracking
•Developing and delivering training for new initiatives
•Creating surveys for customer satisfaction metrics
•Updating SAP records (example: Outline Agreement, Material Master, etc.) at the request of the buyer or FE
•Supporting activities for PMT Honeywell Operation System deployments
•Suggesting and implementing process improvements
•Process and Policy mapping and documentation
