Minim studii medii finalizate, bune abilitati de comunicare, atentie la detalii.

Intampinarea persoanelor ce vin in cadrul companiei;
Preluarea si redirectionarea apelurilor telefonice;
Preluarea si transmiterea mesajelor telefonice, faxuri si email-uri;
Indeplinirea de sarcini administrative;
Desfasurarea de activitati de protocol;
Respectarea regulilor de securitatea muncii specifice, cunoscand raspunderile legale pentru nerespectarea acestora.

Program: 8 ore/zi de luni pana vineri intre 8:30-17:00.
Locatie: zona Aurel Vlaicu.
Se ofera: salariu fix+ bonuri de masa.
