Senior QA Performance Tester

For our location in Brasov, Romania we are currently hiring.

YOUR QUALIFICATION:
 You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in testing;
 You are able to suggest and use tools that will be most suitable on our software architecture, based on your previous experience with testing tools and frameworks;
 You have a systematic approach to checking and monitoring;
 You are able to determine priorities for performance improvement;
 You can perform effectively and are able to mentor others in software testing;
 You are able to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
 You have a constructive attitude and approach towards making and sustaining change;
 You possess excellent verbal and written English skills;
 Nice-to-have: knowledge of Java and Relational Database.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
 QA performance testing on development and customer environments, mostly for Backend/API and partly for Front-end;
 Selection of appropriate tools to conduct performance testing;
 Systematic monitoring and removal of performance bottlenecks;
 Ability to suggest relevant hardware and software settings able to boost performance;
 Regular performance reporting.
