For our location in Brasov, Romania we are currently hiring.

EXPERTISE & REQUIREMENTS:
 Familiarity with standard Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices;
 Understanding of basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures;
 Understanding of the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team;
 Understanding of the concept of incremental delivery and of the value of metrics;
 Ability to describe in simple terms complex processes and methodologies
 Leverage techniques to provide value to the team/organization;
 Nice-to-have: previous experience in a Scrum Master role;
 Nice-to-have: previous experience in Project Management;

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
 You will guide and coach up to two talented development teams acting as a „Servant Leader“;
 You will focus on the needs of your team members and ensure that they have all resources and knowledge to meet their objectives;
 You actively support the implementation of the Agile/Scrum framework and ensure development follow its principles;
 You contribute to a constructive work environment, foster effective communication between team members, while acting as a gateway in communication with product owners, stakeholders and upper management;
 You can identify potential for improvement, develop ideas and drive them;
 You support development teams and product owners by conducting and moderating planning and review meetings;
 You constantly analyze data to measure progress against given tasks and make suggestions on improving the delivery times;
 You are able to escalate and/or solve situations in order to help your team(s) achieve their objectives.
