    Cerinte

    - 7 years+ technical support experience
    - University degree
    - Advanced English
    - Strong communication skills to all business levels
    - Experience in direct communication / client site cooperation
    - Team player attitude
    - Proven experience with:
    Analysis & troubleshooting performance of systems and infrastructure
    Analysis & troubleshooting System and infrastructure incidents
    Environments Managements: Deployments, Refresh, DB migrations
    - IT knowledge:
    Systems:
    - Unix / Linux - Mandatory
    - Windows Server (physical, cloud) — Nice to have
    Database: Oracle SQL + PL/SQL, Sybase — Mandatory
    Schedulers: Dollar Universe, Autosys — Nice to have
    Other / Programming:
    - Shell Scripting — Important
    - Oracle Forms — Important
    - Java — Nice to have


    Responsabilitati

    - Production:
    - Maintain a high level of availability of the applications
    - Resolve and/or assist in any production incidents in order to re-establish the service as quickly as possible
    - Manage technical queries & and interactions
    - Deploy releases into production environments
    - Act, control and test technical/infrastructure operations on production (Infrastructure week-ends, Disaster Recovery tests)
    - Non-Production:
    - Organize, coordinate, setup and maintain all development environments required by development teams
    - Resolve and incidents relating to non-production environments
    - Technical Projects
    - Identify projects and/or technical improvements
    - Lead/coordinate and execute technical projects impacting business applications (Legacy management, patch deployments, Infrastructure changes, Performance improvement)
    - Relationships management with Infrastructure teams
