Java Software Developer - Brasov

For our client, a company providing Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing services to Fortune 500 companies, we are looking for a smart, driven and ambitious JAVA Software Developer.

This job requires a JAVA software developer responsible for software development and integration for complex marketing and sales applications.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

- Proven hands-on Software Development experience;
- Proven working experience in Java development (3-5 years);
- Strong Object Oriented programming principles;
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL;
- Excellent English skills.

In addition, we would appreciate:

- Business applications background;
- Additional languages (German, Spanish, French, etc.);
- A background in consulting, subject matter expertise, or other advisory capacity.

Soft Skills:

- Strong time management skills, prioritization abilities and a habit to take ownership;
- Must be highly motivated, self-directed and able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously;
- Attention to detail, analytical, problem solver;
- Ability to integrate in cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Open to travel around the world for short or long periods of time.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and deploy integrations for complex applications;
- Architect and implement overall data flows;
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle;
- Build and adapt code to use APIs of multiple applications;
- Develop plans and roadmaps for implementing designs;
- Advise client staff and organize knowledge transfer processes;
- Plan and conduct critical deployments and migrations.
