Business Analyst - Brasov

For our client, a company providing Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing services to Fortune 500 companies, we are looking for a smart, driven, top-notch Business Analyst.

The Business Analyst must understand large enterprise problems and goals and contribute to converting such understanding into solutions.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

- 2-5 years previous experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an enterprise environment;
- Solid understanding of project life cycle methodologies;
- Thorough understanding of how business applications are key to productivity;
- Astute with analysis of business of applications, systems, processes, and organizations;
- Ability to understand, document and communicate business requirements;
- Experience in reading and writing SQL;
- Excellent commend of English.

In addition, we would appreciate:

- Experience with business analysis in both Waterfall and Agile;
- Programming skills, although not strictly required; namely, Java/C++, APIs (SOAP, REST, Java serialization, WebSphere / WebLogic, JavaScript and HTML, etc.);
- Experience with e-commerce/marketing tools (Unica, Eloqua, Neolane, Salesforce, etc.);
- Experience in e-commerce/marketing tools implementation projects;
- Additional languages (German, Spanish, French, etc.);
- A background in consulting, subject matter expertise, or other advisory capacity.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to solving business problems;
- Strong time management skills, prioritization abilities and a habit to take ownership;
- Must be highly motivated, self-directed and able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously;
- Capability to work as a team member as well as work independently to achieve project goals;
- Ability to integrate in cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Open to travel around the world for short or long periods of time.

Responsibilities:

- Elicit information, analyze needs, and design business solutions to be deployed by project teams;
- Devise process, technology, and project strategy to achieve corporate goals;
- Drive change and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and project teams;
- As part of analysis, capture requirements, write use and business cases, design processes, etc.;
- Organizes user workshops and prepare operational and status documents;
- Develop and manage application roadmaps to support business and technical strategies;
- Prepare and present reports, solutions, and progress in cooperation with project leadership;
- Advance expertise to develop world-class knowledge in our domain.
