Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in German - C1 level;
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly information about products and client services;
- Proven sales and persuasion skills;
- Creativity and results orientation ;
- Communication and impact -oriented solutions ;
- Punctual and ability to work in a changing environment ;
- Positive attitude , team spirit and pleasure of working with clients ;
- Experience in the field would be an advantage.
Job description
- Provide telephone assistance based on customer requirements and established procedures
- Call management in an efficient, quality standards
- Registration database of the results phone call made
- Actively promote & sale clients services and products
- Empathy and availability
- Managing multiple activities at the same time ( accessing specific software and complete data during the conversation with the customer )
- Ability to find solutions in a short time analytical mind and spirit of initiative.
