    Role is part of a global Marketing Application Support Services team providing end to end services across multiple applications. As the Marketing Programs and Reporting Specialist the main area of responsibility is, but not limited to, providing reporting and analysis services to stakeholders from various Business Groups across company. Independently running several projects and managing the project teams at different company level. Communicating on a day to day basis with Business Stakeholders to perform needs analysis, build and execute project plans.

    Requirements:

    - Business Analyst (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration;

    - 4+ years of experience in direct marketing, reporting and project management;

    - Candidates must have problem solving skills and be capable of breaking down complex situations to discover and resolve root causes, this applies to both technical issues and process issues;

    - Advanced writing and editing skills – very minimal peer or manager edits needed;

    - Strong reporting and analytical skills;

    - Strong project management and communication skills;

    - Upper-intermediate to expert knowledge of Excel;

    - Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results;

    - Proven experience managing, leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal;

    - Fluency in English language;

    - High levels of tact and diplomacy;

    - Agency and budget management;

    - Works independently and self-motivated on complex topics/projects, across business functions and organizations;

    - Strategic thinking;

    - Thorough understanding of marketing and operational processes;

    - Strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation);

    - Experience with process analysis and improvement projects, ability to identify optimization potential and to drive change;

    - Demonstrated problem solving, and analytical skills;

    - Able to cope with tight timelines and to act in a service-oriented manner;

    - Basic financial and business acumen;

    - Ability to successfully work in virtual teams around the globe;

    - Experience in working with external vendors;

    - Strong team-worker;

    - Knowledge of Databases (MySQL) visual basic web development desired but not essential;

    - Ability to systematically trouble shoot end user issues;

    - Experience with digital asset repositories is desired but not essential;

    - Proactive and independent.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Support multiple Internal and External Marketing applications;

    - Project Management in co-operation with various stakeholders across several applications;

    - Identify and execute potential process and project improvements in co-operation with key stakeholders;

    - Works with users/Regional SME/Global Program Managers/ Key stakeholders to resolve issues and provides proactive support concerning the applications, their use, and configuration;

    - Requires minimal direction and works independently, refers only unusual problems to management;

    - Emphasizes customer satisfaction and works closely with project managers and end users to recommend business solutions and enhancements;

    - Overall consultancy and change management;

    - Active business engagement with defined business partners and timely execution of requested reporting and project management services based on defined SLA;

    - Builds and executes project plans based on agreement with management and other stakeholders;

    - End-to-end third party vendor/service provider management if required for service execution;

    - Triage support tickets, requesting additional information from users if needed and reassign to relevant support teams. Follow up reassigned tickets and inform end users on ticket status within agreed timelines;

    - Take ownership of, and use systematic trouble shooting techniques to solve support queries that cannot be reassigned;

    - Proactively identify and propose support process improvements to increase efficiency;

    - Is part of an integrated, global services team that provides business operations support to defined business stakeholders and drives the delivery of a complete, standardized services portfolio across company’s marketing applications.
