    Requirements

    • University degree;
    • Very good English skills (any other language would be considered an advantage);
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in office administration;
    • Computer literacy - advanced knowledge of MS Office & mastering skills for Internet knowledge;
    • Excellent organizational skills, details oriented, with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills;
    • Self-motivation, willing to grow in a highly dynamic environment;
    • Ability to learn fast and work with deadlines under limited supervision;
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication & project management skills;
    • Last, but not the least – people skills, easy going attitude, patience and willing to discover the others.

    Responsibilities

    Administrative Assistant for Audit

    A truly effective AA is worth her weight in gold and should have a high stress tolerance, be self-regulating, possess both reliability and consistency, be able to learn and problem solve well, and have practically perfect organizational skills.     Your Role:

    • Reporting activity for Partners & Managers, specifically involving the following: Utilization reports, A/R Collection and ensure that invoicing for the work performed by the members of the department is carried out accurately and on time;
    • Providing a comprehensive and confidential secretarial employment including complex word documents editing and formatting, data processing (spreadsheets, databases and PowerPoint presentations), typing and proofing office correspondence and other research queries;
    • Contributing to the implementation and development of the company’s internal administrative processes and procedures;
    • Supervising the internal network, maintain it updated, regularly update client boards of team members, calendars and internal organizational documents;
    • Offering support for various HR matters (i.e. recruitment, performance review, induction programs etc);
    • Answering internal and external calls promptly and politely. Ensuring that accurate telephone messages are taken and distributed, and queries are dealt with effectively;
    • Participate in group meeting, taking notes/minutes as required;
    • Arranging bulk photocopying and printing/binding with the document production center as well as ensuring all filing systems and archive records are accurate and up-to-date;
    • Organize department meetings and events, such as training courses, conferences, staff meetings, management meetings;
    • Arranging internal/external meetings, accommodation and travel for team members & other ad-hoc tasks.
