The Specialist for WFM Quality Control performs various activities in close consultation and collaboration with other members of the WFM Global Centre of Expertise and the Global WFM Department and WFM Management.
Quality control on output and process during the forecast, capacity and scheduling process and report feedback and results to stakeholders
Design of quality control processes
Development, improvement and implementation of (new) processes, procedures, and adjustments to the quality control WOW.
Provide feedback and signals about Quality issues to the WFM Management and process / output owners.
Report about outcome of the quality control process and take actively part during improvement projects
Actively participate in and enable Best Practice Sharing
Is available for questions, members of the WFM Department have, regarding the quality control process and the given feedback
Performs all other duties as assigned
