Aria de responsabilitate: mentenantaResponsabilitati principale:
- dezvoltarea de proiecte de mentenanta
- intocmirea planului de mentenanta exceptionala
- elaborarea si urmarirea de actiuni de Maintenance Master Plan
- asigurarea documentatiei tehnice
- definirea criticitatii echipamentului si a pieselor de schimb
- imbunatatirea punctelor slabe de fiabilitate si a procedurilor de mentenanta
- implementarea proiectului SS (Standard States)
- elaborarea pachetelor de lucru
- actualizarea pachetelor de lucru in functie de feedback-ul de la executant
- elaborarea de instructiuni de lucru
- achizitie piese de schimb/ cerere la SAP - PM
- imbunatatirea utilizarii WO in SAP-PM: arborele echipamentului, localizare functionala, resurse, etc
