    Your tasks

    - Being a key member of the transition project team
    - Validating as-is/to-be processes and identification, documentation and closure of gaps
    - Coordinating a team of work-shadower prior and during the transfer knowledge
    - Being responsible for timely and qualitative transfer of activities incl. process documentation

    Your profile

    - At least 3 years of operational experience in the area of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting or General Ledger
    - In-depth transition knowledge based on at least 1 successful transition
    - Strong analytic skills, ability to work in a team
    - Ability to guide a team of new joiners
    - High flexibility and ability to work with limited supervision
    - Experience in transition methodologies
    - Willingness to travel within Europe up to 80% of the time
    - Good English language skills, additional European languages are very beneficial
