Support Services Specialist (f/m)

Your tasks

 Overall procurement related matters, in particular but not limited to purchase ordering, relationship handling of existing suppliers and requesting and evaluating offers for new services/goods and supplier selection
 Coordination, monitoring, and administration of support service provision such as regular and ad-hoc cleaning, refilling of supplies in the kitchen, and relaxation area, stationary, flowers/plants, etc. to ensure adequate stock levels, ordering process and related cost control/monitoring
 Acting as single point of contact for any internal or external visitors/guests, coordinating and maintaining visiting schedules, room bookings, transport services, catering, event management etc.
 Close collaboration with facility management to optimize support processes and services in order to realize increased quality and improved efficiencies
 Active participation in guest/marketing and/or facility related projects

Your profile

 Independent and structured way of working
 Excellent English communication skills
 Excellent computer skills, preferably with previous experience in Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator and MS office (in particular PowerPoint)
 Strong creative skills with previous marketing/graphic design experience very beneficial
 Self-motivated and driven
 Strong organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines
