    Your tasks

    - Responsible and single point of contact for end-to-end relationship between SSC and Scanning/OCR provider, including support of Scanning/OCR implementation in newly transitioned countries. In total about 35 countries with about 80 entities are to be migrated to the new service provider within the next few years
    - Responsible for relationship management with European scanning/OCR provider
    - Contract management
    - Responsible for all procurement related activities for scaning/OCR
    - Report costs for services to controlling and service & performance management team and engage in price negotiations between scanning/OCT provider
    - Develop, improve and monitor Service Levels Agreements with Service Provider
    - Evaluate and monitor performance of Service Provider
    - Support issue clarification with regards to OCR between local organizations, shared service center and provider
    - Perform regularly Service meetings between SSC and OCR Scanning Provider
    - Liaise with Transition Team in regards of Transitions specific Service Levels and Country requirements
    - Clarify country specific amendments to the contract framework with the OCR supplier
    - Being single point of contact for Transition Team to handle country specific requirements with OCR Scanning Provider
    - Align IT requirements between internal IT stakeholders and service provider

    Your profile

    - Experience with software licensing, hardware procurement and outsourcing agreements
    - Previous experience in Procure-to-Pay processes
    - Know and apply legislation, policies and procedures
    - Customer Relationship Management
    - Risk Management
    - Knowledge of Information Systems with regards to scanning / OCR/ archiving
    - Knowledge of hardware and software
    - Knowledge market background and key players
    - Strong organizational project management and planning skills, ability to meet tight deadlines
    - Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
