    Requirements

    - Must possess a high school degree and/or at least one (1) year experience in a
    related field
    - Must be able to travel for business related matters
    - Must be able to manage highly stressful situations
    - Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets, wordprocessing and
    e-mail programs at a highly proficient level
    - Languages: English, Italian

    Responsibilities

    Main characteristics, tasks and functions:

    - Good knowledge of how non-customs warehouses are operated
    - Good knowledge of how customs warehouses are operated
    - Good knowledge of customs clearance procedures
    - Good knowledge of Intrastat system and Incoterms 2010
    - Good knowledge of customs tariffs, duties and other customs-based topics and
    operations
    - Arrangement of shipments according to customers’ needs
    - Ask freight forwarders for shipping (sea, air, etc.) costs to deliver customers’ orders
    - Calculation of shipping costs through freight forwarder’s fixed tables
    - Fill in of standard forms for courier pickup
    - Arrangement of packing lists
    - Issue of delivery notes
    - Arrangement of special documents required by customers (e.g. certificates of
    origin, legalized invoices, etc.)
    - Issue of documents to ship company’s free samples and non-characteristic
    products (e.g. literature, catalogues, etc.)
    - Double check of preliminary delivery notes
    - Cooperation with purchasing office and other customer service operators to
    optimize the flow of products, improve lead time and avoid late deliveries
    - Schedule, plan, monitor and track of status of shipments for on-time deliveries to
    customers in cooperation with other customer service operators
    - Urge company’s warehouses staff in case of need to avoid late deliveries
    - Issue of documents for transfers of products between company’s warehouses
    - Cooperation with purchasing office and company’s main freight forwarder to
    manage imports from manufacturing facilities
    - Management of documents for exporting company’s products, including
    formalities for customs clearance, national transits (T, 11.51) etc. (outbound
    procedure)
    - Management of company’s customs warehouse via company’s ERP to meet all
    compliance needs (e.g. fixing of quantities, custom tariffs, masses etc.)
    - Management of shipments for return of goods from customers in cooperation with
    purchasing office (inbound procedure).
