    Requirements

    Education and Experience Required:

    • Business Analyst (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration

    • 7+ years of experience in direct marketing, communications or marketing


    Knowledge and Skills Required:


    • Advanced writing and editing skills – very minimal peer or manager edits needed

    • Strong organization and program management skills

    • Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results

    • Proven experience managing, leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal

    • Fluency in local language and English

    • High levels of tact and diplomacy

    • Agency and budget management

    Responsibilities

    Communications & Training Services Specialist

    The Communication and Trainings Services Specialist is responsible for the planning and execution of the communications and training services projects based on the defined SLAs and in close alignment with the business partners’ objectives. The Communication and Trainings Services Specialist is part of an integrated, global team that provides value-added support and business services to marketing application users and marketing business stakeholders.

    Responsibilities include:



    · Training content creation and design; training coordination and planning; training delivery for HP’s core marketing applications and processes (audience HP internal stakeholders, agencies and channel partners)

    · Content provisioning, content development, copy writing and management

    · Management and distribution of stakeholder and application user communications, including newsletters

    · Online and offline resource management maintenance (hp.com, intranet, training and comms deliverables)

    · Active business engagement with defined business partners and timely execution of requested communications and training services based on defined SLA.

    · Overall consultancy to advocate most effective user-focused training and communications services

    · Continuous analysis of services processes and driving optimization with the aim to optimally exploit cost saving potential

    · Interface between businesses and key project stakeholders, enabling bi-directional information transfer

    · Coordinate and participate in meetings with various interdependent teams/key stakeholders and share/source critical information

    · Participation in and/or organization of worldwide and regional services review meetings


    Qualifications



    Education and Experience Required

    First-level university degree or equivalent experience
    Minimum of 3 years of related experience in marketing communications/business operations or similar operational functions
    Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.


    Knowledge and Skills Required

    • Works independently and self-motivated on complex topics/projects, across business functions and organizations

    • Executes professional project management and communication within defined SLA

    • Thorough understanding of HP marketing and operational processes

    • Strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language.

    • Experience with process analysis and improvement projects, ability to identify optimization potential and to drive change

    • Demonstrated problem solving, and analytical skills.

    • Basic financial and business acumen.

    • Ability to successfully work in virtual teams around the globe

    • Strong team-worker
