    Responsibilities

    General responsibilities:

     The Channel Admin Process Specialist is accountable for performing general and specific administrative support tasks involved by the Channel Support Admin function. She/he handles processes from end-to-end perspective for MEMA region, represents the front end for HP Authorized Support Partners, assists and helps Support Partners within logistic and financial operations, and assumes the ownership for all the escalations related to admin process issues.

     The Channel Admin Process Specialist follows the HP procedures and guidelines in the daily activities, having full production responsibility for the processes and territories assigned to her/him. She/he is responsible for operational excellence, customer satisfaction and monitors/keeps track of financial objectives received at department, team or individual level.

     Feedback from the functional manager, Team Lead, colleagues and other departments connected thru functional relations.

    HP Support Channel Partners, HP central and country Channel Support Organizations, central and country HP Finance & Admin Organizations, admin process specialists, HP GSO/Logistic Department
