Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

• Technical University degree (mechanical, electrical)
• English language (advanced level)
• Knowledge of Supplier Quality and Process improvements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the supplier quality assurance & control field, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Read and interpret technical drawings and the electrical diagrams
• ISO 9001 internal auditor certification – is an advantage

• Communicate directly with supplier for quality issues and make them understand better our quality requirements
• Prepare and send the nonconformities to supplier, request action plan and follow up the closing of the claims
• Capture all the costs related with nonconforming materials and ensure that are re-invoiced to suppliers
• Collect daily problems from productions related to suppliers
• Coordinating the incoming inspection activities
• Preparation & updating the Incoming Inspection plan
• Performing supplier audits
• Identify and initiate supplier quality improvement programs
• Managing first part approval/material evaluation
• Suppliers performance evaluation
• Assists in the preparation of Monthly Quality Report;
