    Requirements

    Fluent English knowledge (other European Language is an advantage)

    Responsibilities

    The Sales Business Analyst works with highly complex corporate accounts or clusters of accounts and:
    · Reviews and analyzes account business data detailing performance indicators, sales trends and other sales data related analysis, providing recommendations to reduce gaps, to increase the accuracy of data
    · Drives the E2E Sales Forecast process (consolidate forecast data and actively participate in forecast reviews ; coordinate account team involvement; ensure Business Unit interlock)
    · Drives customer planning processes by providing main input and coordinating the activity inside the account/cluster team(Account business planning, target and addressable market validation)
    · Handles complex revenue monitoring activities by liaising with Finance to support revenue conversion
    · Provides Sales KPI analysis for Quarterly Business reviews
    · Keeps track of the order flow (ad-hoc requests- orders extracts)
    · Ensures resolution of manual claiming at account level (makes sure all claim deadlines and quality criteria are met )
    · Enables communication within the account team:
    - keeps contact between team members involved in a global project on behalf of the GA Manager and per ad-hoc request
    · Collaborates with EMEA Master Data teams to ensure the accuracy of the account structure
    · Supports specific account/Cluster initiatives in order to increase business visibility & monitoring at company level(business growth initiatives,etc)
    · Other tasks (ad-hoc requests):
    - checks accuracy of SFDC Global opportunities and collaborating with account team members to ensure data is correct
    - provides consultancy on sales processes and tools
    - creates different presentations for customer or higher sales management reviews
    - Internet and intranet research for different info. about customer
    · Ensures data quality standards are met as per Industry standard
    · Ensures HP policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met and maintained
    · Contributes to reaching the defined process measures and business fundamentals
    · Respects HP confidentiality and private information policies by disclosing documentation exclusively to authorized receivers.
    · May become internal key user for a process or tool
