Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong analysis and data manipulation skills
Demonstrate business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
Must have excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle
Thorough understanding of GCS Solutions systems within HP is strongly desired
Project management skills are desired
Ambiguity analysis, ensuring consistent understanding across users, designers and testers
Business solutions modeling of current state and desired/future state functionality
Defining and managing scope and client expectations, requirements change management and mitigating risks

This role will support specific Global Corporate Services - Solutions Global Real Estate and Requisition to Purchase Order applications:

Key Responsibilities:
Acts as the SME for the product application within the Solutions organization.
Ability to project manage small application related projects.
Acts as the liaison between business and IT for application enhancements, requirements, analysis, etc.
Responsible for working with support resources to resolve issues.
Gain deep level knowledge of product data.
Understanding of Analytical reporting tools and databases.
Responsible for documenting business requirements and translating into technical requirements specifications.
Responsible for transforming business requirements / data needs into analytical solutions & reports.
Ongoing development of the product and working with Solutions Business Architects on vision.
Gain understanding of the impact of IT releases on the tools that are supported to ensure consistency across the applications.
Executing and coordinating requirements management and change management processes.
Delivering training to user community and creating avenues to ensure the product community is using the application to make their job easier.
Understand the processes that support the product applications and work with process engineers on developing solutions utilizing product technology to enable the process.
