Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Software Design, Systems Engineering, or similar.
Fluent spoken English – Written and verbal

Experience and Skills Required
Vast experience developing in C#
Experience Windows server administration (services and configuration)
In depth SQL knowledge (administration, replication, monitoring, transactions)
Microsoft Office tools knowledge:
Required: Access, Excel, Power Point, Word and Project.
Desirable: InfoPath, SharePoint, Visio.
Experience supporting applications and interacting with users.
Possess project management skills

Background
We, the Solution Delivery group, provide Sales Operations with tactical systems that allow them to make their processes efficient, and give them control over their operations and visibility of the results of their work. We have hundreds of users and our automation processes and reports are run hundreds of thousands of times per year.
We are based in the Americas and are in the process of expanding our scope to cover Europe, Africa, and Asia. We need a versatile resource in Bucharest that will go beyond developing code and will help us communicate with users in Europe and Asia time zones and help us with basic support when it is night in the Americas.

Objectives
Design, develop, and support business software applications utilizing C# and MS SQL-Server.
Lead small development projects, from requirements gathering to full implementation and measurement of utilization.
Assist supporting several Proliant and Cloud virtual servers, all running Windows Server, and performing DBA functions for SQL server databases.
