2 – 3 years previous experience in various recruitment projects
English - proficient level both written and spoken
Any other foreign language skills would be considered a plus
Strong interviewing skills
Organised, diplomatic, excellent communication skills
Team player

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for end to end recruitment and selection
Advertising job opportunities and attracting the most suitable candidates for the vacancies
Selecting and shortlisting the best candidates to hiring managers
Consulting and liaising with first and second line managers in Romania and with the stakeholders abroad.
Support for candidates and managers throughout the offering, on-boarding and induction process
Managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Working with various HR / talent management tools
