• University technical degree
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate (LE or BB is an advantage) – or equivalent
• Strong communication, coaching and training skills
• Internal auditor certification is an advantage
• Fluency in English
• Advanced user level of MS office pack

So, what will you actually be doing?
• Implement and develop process improvement principles following the Standard Implementation Framework and Honeywell Workbook
• Support all internal customers to sustain and improve Honeywell tools and behaviors
• Administrate and manage the department’s processes and all related documents
• Be involved in development initiatives of Honeywell Life Safety Romania suppliers and customers
• Perform process improvement initiatives according to standards and plans in place
• Participate in system audits within Honeywell Life Safety Romania
