    Responsabilitati


    Description of the HR project:

    -Administrative activities (pre-employment checks, new hire paperwork, onboarding, day one activities; CV screening);
    -Employee Lifecycle activities: hire (employment contracts), personal data changes (bank account, marital status, address), job data changes (promotions, transfers, maternities, expats, part time-full time), exit (resignation, redundancy, retirement), compensation & benefit (enrolling the employee to medical/life insurance, meal vouchers etc);
    -Reporting, Mass Uploads, Position Management.

    Description of the Warranty Claims Assessment project

    The Warranty Claims Assessor is responsible for reviewing selected warranty claims submitted by dealers and evaluating for appropriate payment.

    - Assess and process electronically submitted warranty claims
    - Resolve dealer issues and answer questions submitted through an electronic communication system (SAP)
    - Receive and assess claims, according to the procedures in force
    - Conducts quality check for own work
    - Transfers claim/ticket to responsible party for resolution, when needed
    - Communicate with the dealers and ofer assistance, when needed (only written interaction)
