5-6 years in a relevant previous experience in similar activity (Business analyst in a financial or accounting department, Audit)
Studies in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Management
Strong Finance/Accounting background
Train and develop team skills
Languages: French and English
Knowledge of bank accounting standards, Investment banking products
Project management skills
Knowledge RDJ

RDJ application is the tool used to make the accounting interpretation of GBIS products. This accounting interpretation consists in the detailed mapping of back office events and financial product life cycles into detailed Debit/Credit accounting movements
Manage a team of 8 people (5 Business analysts and 3 people on chart of account)
On RDJ
Coordinate the team planning, in contact with the global management of the RDJ management in Paris
Guarantee the quality of Bucharest RDJ deliverables
Insure the supervision and the training of the team
Ensure the compliance with process set up by the RDJ management
On Chart of accounts
Manage chart of accounts
International chart of account (E2K)
SG Paris Metropolis Chart of account (PCI and BCI) and
Internal chart of accounts for commercial companies (SHPCG)
Assess and Balance the workload with small requests via Hotline and largest request via projects
Keep procedures updated
Insure ICARE catalogue committee presidency
Propose tools changes to optimize workload of the team
Maintain quality of the activity and issue KPI
Ensure the proper functioning of the team and the quality of deliverables
Ensure proper coordination with the business analyst team in Paris, and the feedback from management in Paris
