• University degree - economics or technical
• At least 3 years sourcing or integrated supply chain experience
• Commercial terms knowledge and supplier negotiation abilities
• Flexible and results oriented
• Project management knowledge
• Ability to work in teams and a multi-cultural environment
• Advanced computer operating skills
• Fluency in English, German is a plus

So, what will you actually be doing?
• Supplier Relationship Management
• Work with a portfolio of suppliers to achieve performance targets related to productivity (savings), sourcing etc.
• Offer tactical buying input to support site, Integrated Supply Chain and other functional requirements
• Offer project support related to specific commodities / suppliers
• Offer New Product Integration involvement and support
• Ensure Data management accuracy
• Support creation, input and publishing of site sourcing KPIs
• Ensure effective communication to site suppliers of HON policies relating to supplier performance, working capital initiatives and other sourcing initiatives that affect the supply chain
• Visit suppliers as a representative of the company to conduct Quarterly Business reviews or discuss and resolve issues
