    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
    • 3+ years of HR experience, with emphasis on labor and employee relations in a large scale business environment
    • Fluent in Romanian and English, written and spoken
    • Project management skills and ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
    • Computer skills (MS Office)

    • Excellent communications (written & verbal) skills for audiences of all levels of business
    • Flexible and positive approach to change management

    Responsibilities

    We are a Fortune 100 company, key player in its field of activity with over 100,000 employees looking for a Human Resources Generalist, located in the west side of the country (Lugoj).

    The Human Resources Generalist will cover a wide range of human resource processes in support of business objectives and human resource initiatives, having end-to-end ownership of service delivery.

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform diverse assignments in areas as staffing, training, employee/labor relations, communication, compensation management, etc.
    • Actively partner with business leaders, line managers and team leaders in support of country and business objectives.
    • Participate in identifying and developing employee skills to support business needs, coach employees, supervisors and leaders in addressing interpersonal and behavioral challenges.
    • Ensure that HR policies, practices, programs and processes are implemented within the Romanian branch and clearly communicated, understood and followed throughout the business.
    • Develop and implement short/long term HR initiatives in support of business unit's strategic objectives and operational metrics.
    • Drive a culture of performance, results and positive employee relations.
