- Abilitati de a identifica usor si de a intelege nevoile clientilor;
- Atitudine pozitiva, pro-activa, orientata catre client si rezolvarea concreta a solicitarilor;
- Capacitate de invatare rapida si de a realiza mai multe sarcini simultan;
- Capacitate de a lua decizii in termen scurt, in conditii de stress;
- Cunostinte limba Engleza - nivel mediu (avantaj);
- Experienta in lucrul cu calculatorul (MS Office);
- Experienta in domeniu constituie avantaj.
