SENIOR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER FOR AFTERMARKET

YOUR FUNCTIONS

• You will be working within Hella Romania Design and Development Center located in Timisoara
• You will be in close collaboration with the Production plant from   Lugoj
• You will be responsible for the design of complete devices, assemblies and components.
• You will clarify and define design requirements with the customer in the form of project descriptions and analysing design   expenditure.
• You will draw up design solutions and create CAD models in Catia V5, taking customer 3D date into account as well the technical and economic aspects.
• You will draw up design solutions taking functional, material related, technical production and mechanical aspects into  account.
• You will prepare the design FMEA for the complete  device.

YOUR COMPETENCE

Your profile is as varied as your new  duties:

• You will have completed studies in mechanical  engineering.
• You have very good knowledge of systematic design, tolerance analysis and FMEA.
• You have at least 4 years experience of plastic design, die cast components.
• You have experience in modelling / drawing / assembly in CAD Catia V5 and ideally experience in optics  design.
• You have a good command of English and German would be an advantage. And you have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft   Office.
