Eligibility criteria:
Experience: FMCG industry , worked in commercial analysis
Strong Analytical skills and experience
Intellectual curiosity and ability to search out facts without prior process/guidance
Intellectual curiosity and ability to search out facts without prior process/guidance
Passion for delivering result, take ownership and translating insights into concise practical plans
High level of cross functional cooperation: effectively partnering with commercial, controlling, marketing teams
Power Point, Excel - high level, SAP knowledge- preferably; University Degree,
English - advanced

Highly analytical - ability to conduct detailed financial analysis
Ability to think outside of the box and challenge processes and rationale
Very good interpersonal and communication skills. Abilty to make financial information "user friendly" to non financial end users
Ability to set & manage deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment.

Technical competencies:
Preferable: SAP experience
Technical: SAP reporting, Excel building scenarios

Providing key input into the monthly management meetings:
- monthly meeting with Sales (presents insights regarding customers' profitability, revenue evolution)
- run scenarios for profitability by taking into account different assumptions.
Strong participation on a monthly closing, quarterly RE and annual business plan process. Work closely with Sales department.

Review current profitability result with focus on monitoring contractual terms & conditions vs actual results; interpreting the outputs.Prepare customer P&Ls

Analyze current mix performance, identify mix opportunities, support prioritization of SKU mix based on profitability-potential analytics
Prepare discounts analysis for the allocated channel of customers.

Submitting standard and ad hoc analysis regarding Customer Profitability (i.e P&L for customers, discounts, margins).

Working with other finance team (especially Business reporting) to ensure accuracy of data together with explanations for any deviation.

Cross functional capabilities to deliver support to all commercial functions
Be able to prepare clear overviews, guideline.

Be able to explain financial impact on commercial language.

Communication with other departments across the company & with Group/ TCCC partner.

Reviewing current processes and designing new/more efficient ways of utilising current data to provide meaningful reports to commercial team and to Budget & Reporting Team
