    2K Telecom opereaza o retea nationala cu acoperire in majoritatea oraselor si localitatilor cu peste 10000 de locuitori, construita peste tehnologie de ultima generatie si echipamente de top, infrastructura ce permite furnizarea de servicii de date/voce/video de mare capacitate destinate clientilor business.

    Cerinte

    Fluency in Hungarian and Romanian is mandatory;
    good knowledge of English;
    good Internet skills;
    Computer literacy (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer);
    Online gaming experience (sports, casino, poker) - at least fundamentals;
    Customer Service experience, customer understanding and professional attitude;
    Experience in sales is a plus;
    Quality focus, problem solving, proactive;
    Documentation, listening and phone skills;
    Willingness to work during peak hours: nights, weekends, holidays;
    Ability to handle difficult customers in a polite and professional manner;
    Respect the company deadlines, rules, procedures, colleagues and hierarchy;
    Active team participation and reporting to team leader general problems, proposals on products and process enhancements, suggestions for improvements and in general the global work enhancement.

    Responsabilitati

    Resolve customer queries via phone, email and chat;
    Provide customer basic and technical troubleshooting;
    Provide information about online products and services;
    Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
    Customer records maintenance;
    Being always updated on every product;
    Collaborate and assist marketing promotions and other departments;
    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
    Web site content translations.

    Job Purpose:
    Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service queries. Assists with orders, questions, billing, cancellations, complaints, and other queries. Ensure assistance to all company’s departments where and when necessary.
