Pentru clientul nostru, o importanta companie din domeniul cosmeticelor si al produselor Wellness, fondata in Suedia, suntem in cautarea unui Specialist Servicii Clienti.
Responsabilitati:
• Acordarea de suport clientilor, preluand si solutionand solicitarile transmise de acestia prin telefon, e-mail, fax, SMS;
• Comunicarea catre clientii companiei a procedurilor de lucru, in functie de solicitarile primite;
• Asigurarea de suport echipei back-office;
• Gestionarea (editarea, expedierea) diverselor documente necesare clientilor;
• Pregatirea si transmiterea pe fax/e-mail a diverselor documente cerute de client (copie dupa factura, etc);
• Desfasurarea de campanii de outbound, anchete de satisfactie in randul clientilor.
